Toblerone Fudge

February 2, 2011

The best fudge you'll ever eat

This is a recipe that I make probably for every holiday (Christmas, V-Day). It’s so simple, but it just tastes soooo good. I finally ate it this year (I’ve always given it away as presents) and I’m glad I finally did!

Toblerone Fudge
from Kraft Canada

  • 1/2 cup of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of butter
  • 3/4 cup of evaporated milk
  • 400 g of Toblerone, broken into pieces

  1. Line a square pan (8″) with parchment paper. Place a saucepan over medium heat and bring the sugar, butter, and evaporated milk to a boil.
  2. Once boiling, stir constantly for five minutes. Remove the saucepan from the heat and add the Toblerone pieces until the chocolate is completely melted.
  3. Pour into prepared pan.
  4. RefrigerateĀ for 3 hours or until firm. Cut into squares.

That’s seriously it. It’s so uncomplicated, and so tasty. I like to put skor pieces on top of the fudge so that it’s a double whammy. There’s not much to write about for this fudge, it’s just… amazing. I thoroughly enjoy licking the spoon, and it’s coveted job.
